How it works:
1. Once order is confirmed, please send us reference photo(s) to info@whiteovalstudio.com
2. Please include the text you would like to be included, and information about the couple ( first date, what they like, places they go, year of milestones etc)
For example : We met in Liverpool in 2017, John loves cycling and Anna loves baking. We have two dogs. We went to Tokyo in 2018, and Barcelona in 2019. We move in and together in 2020 and got engaged in 2021 etc.
We have also have a free template to help with this, if you like.
These are all optional and we could also do illustration without text or minimal text.
3. We will work on it, usually it takes around 3 to 5 days, and we will send the draft to ensure you are happy with the results. All changes and revision are free.
4. If you choose to purchase the digital file only, high resolution file 300 DPI will be sent to your email once you are happy with the draft.
5. For printed copy, an independent London-based professional art printing studio will help with the printing. They will send your art directly to you or your recipient's address. Printing and postal time varies according to the location. Frames are also available as add-ons in our product page. Alternatively, we can also arrange for locally based printer closed to your location (free of charge).
