Refund Policy for Non-Customized Items We offer a 7-day refund policy for all non-customized items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@whiteovalstudio.com. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Refund & Return Policy for Customized Items Due to the nature of our work, all customized items are hand-drawn and tailored to your specific requirements. As a result, we do not typically offer refunds or returns for customized products. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

Satisfaction Guarantee & Unlimited Revisions We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are fully happy with your artwork. If there are any adjustments needed, we will work closely with you to perfect your piece.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item with photo evidence of the damage. We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
